Namib Desert Lodge sits at the foot of red sandstone cliff, the 'fossilised' dunes of the protomorphic Namib. Situated
60 km north of Sesriem, the gateway to famous Sossusvlei, and 5 kilometres from the main road, the lodge is an ideal starting point for an excursion to the highest dunes in the world.

Namib Desert Lodge is nestled right against the foot of the 'fossilised' dunes of the proto-morphic Namib. Guest accommodation consists of 50 rooms with bathroom and private veranda.

The thatched restaurant is generously appointed and also includes a cosy bar and a cellar well-stocked with fine South African wines.
After dinner you can move to the terrace under the magnificent dome of the southern night-sky and enjoy the view of the softly illuminated fossilised dunes while reflecting on the day’s events.
