Mushara Lodge and Villa Mushara are located 8kms from the Von Lindequist Gate on the eastern outskirts of the Etosha National Park. Villa Mushara is on the same property as the Mushara Lodge and is situated conveniently close to the Etosha National Park in Namibia.
The name Mushara derives from the Purple Pod Terminalia tree, which grows in abundance in the lodge grounds and the surrounding area.
