The Kavita Lion Lodge in north western Namibia, borders on the Etosha National Park and is the ideal base from which to venture into Damaraland and Kaokoland.

Kavita Lion Lodge accommodates 16 guests in spacious, well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, each with a view either of the garden or the indigenous bushveld. Five recently completed thatched chalets overlooking a waterhole, offer our guests comfort as well as privacy. Meals are served outdoors under a thatched ’Lapa’ and the evening is greeted with a well-deserved ‘sundowner’ around an enchanting fire.

Guided activities include open-vehicle game and nature drives, bush walks, birding trails and an introduction to the Afri-Leo Foundation, dedicated to the protection and conservation of the Namibian lion (Panthera leo).
