After Botswana, Namibia is very different to the second part of our trip.
It was easy to travel through that country, the people are very hearty and hospitable. The most of them speak German sometimes better than us so we had some difficulties to get back into English when we reached Victoria Falls.
Heinrich´s birthday got celebrated at and by Sossusvlei Lodge with lots of special surprises including one night more in a tent “out of
Africa”. They did not give me any chance to ask for some favours, everything was already prepared. My only duty was to choose the champagne and to keep my mouth shut.
